CLEARING AND GRUBBING
Land clearing and grubbing is the removal and disposal of all vegetation and surface boulders embedded in the ground. Land clearing also includes the removal and disposal of structures, old foundations, and outdated sewer lines and structural concrete. Grubbing is the uprooting and removal of roots and stumps, while stripping is the removal and disposal of unwanted topsoil.
